Operation Steps

  1. Enter the influencer screening page: Click “Influencer Screening” in the left – hand menu, and the system will enter the influencer screening workspace.
  2. Set screening conditions
  • Enter the screening theme: such as “Technology bloggers in the US with over 10,000 followers”.
  • Auxiliary screening conditions: Platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), range of follower count, average views, etc.
  1. View screening results
  • The system returns a list of matching influencers according to the conditions.
  • Each influencer card displays detailed information about the influencer (name, follower count, engagement rate, number of videos, average views, channel description, cooperation price range, etc.).
  1. Evaluate and operate
  • Click on the influencer card to view detailed information.
  • Select influencers that meet the criteria, export them, add them to your own influencer library, or directly send an email.

  Influencer management involves putting the influencers selected in the influencer screening step into your own influencer database for grouped management. This facilitates reuse in subsequent new tasks and email communication. Operation Steps

  1. Enter the management page: Click “My Influencer Center” in the left – hand menu to enter the management interface.
  2. Manage influencers
  • Click the button marked in red at position 2 for grouped screening.
  • Click the button marked in red at position 3 for status screening.
  • Click the button marked in red at position 4 to associate the selected influencers with an email task and send emails.
  • Click the button marked in red at position 5 to support manually importing influencer data from other sources.

3.Influencer Follow-up – Communicate, Negotiate and Cooperate with Influencers #

Influencer follow – up is the process of establishing contact, communicating, negotiating, and cooperating with influencers. At this stage, users need to establish contact with influencers, discuss cooperation details, and track the progress of cooperation.

Operation Steps

  1. Create an email task
  • Click “Email Template” in the left – hand menu to enter the email template creation page. Click the “New Task” button in the upper – right corner, fill in the task name, language, email sending account, multi – round outreach strategy, and the system will automatically generate an email content template based on your requirements. It supports up to three – round outreach strategies.
  • The created email tasks will be automatically presented in the list.
  • Click the “Activate” button to activate the email task.
  1. Associate influencers and send emails
  • In the Influencer Center, select influencers and associate them with the created email task.
  • The system will automatically send emails to the selected influencers based on the above – mentioned email template.
  1. Continuously follow up on emails
  • Click “[Outreach – Messages]” in the left – hand menu to enter the email follow – up page.
  • Information sent by clients and information returned by influencers can be viewed and followed up in the email follow – up list. You can continue to send emails here for continuous communication.
